Todd Nicholson, MS, MPT
Physical Therapist/Owner

Todd Nicholson, owner, and Physical Therapist. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Wartburg College. He continued his education at the University of Iowa where he earned his post-graduate degree in Physical Therapy.

Todd specializes in treating orthopedic and sports conditions as well as providing custom orthotics. He enjoys treating people of all ages. He is also a passionate health coach through OPTAVIA.

Todd is a Storm Lake native. He and his wife have three children. He enjoys being active in church activities with St. Mark Lutheran Church, taking mission trips, running, supporting his kids’ activities and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Tessa Doerksen, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Tessa Doerksen is a Physical Therapist Assistant. She earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from Western Iowa Tech Community College.

Tessa enjoys treating the geriatic population and post-surgical conditions. She enjoys helping her patients gain greater functional ability to improve their quality of life.

Tessa is a Storm Lake native and enjoys working in her hometown. She and her husband have three children. She enjoys being outdoors, spending with her family, horticulture and gardening.

Dallas Schau
Office Manager

Dallas is our Office Manager.  She is our office miracle worker and expert multitasker.  If you have any questions you can count on Dallas to always have or find an answer.  She strives for excellence in customer service and always wants to make each person feel welcome as they walk in the door.

Dallas was born and raised in Des Moines and moved to Sioux Rapids over 10 years ago.  Dallas enjoys kayaking, golfing, boating in Okoboji, and spending time on the farm with the cattle. She and her boyfriend have 2 Australian Shepherds (Sadie, Remy), 1 Corgi (Finnegan) and 1 cat (Blanche). 

Finnegan
Official Greeter

Finnegan loves to wait by the door and greet everyone as they come in. He is great with people of all ages but loves babies. You can find him playing with a ball or his Kong toy throughout the day. If you ever come in and don’t see him, he’s usually taking a nap under the desk. His favorite foods are plain Tostitos chips and beef jerky.
